Topically:

Use 1-5 drops per application
Dilute with a carrier oil.
Thieves is photosensitive which means it reacts with sunlight and may cause skin sensitivities / sunburn. Don't use on skin that will be exposed to the sun within 12 hours
Roller blends with Thieves Essential Oil
- Note: all recipes are for a 10mL roller bottle. I use Young Living's V-6 Carrier Oil Complex, but you can also use organic jojoba oil or fractionated coconut oil.
  - Everyday Wellness Roller:
    - For everyday support
      - 25 drops Thieves
      - 20 drops each Lemon and Frankincense
      - Optional: 15 drops of Oregano and/or Tea Tree
      - Fill with V-6 carrier or carrier oil of choice
    - Apply over chest, neck, wrists as desired. Avoid direct sun exposure to the area of skin applied to for at least 2 hours after use.
  - Roaring 20's Roller:
    - For extra support
      - 25 drops Thieves
      - 20 drops each Lemon, Frankincense, Pine, and Geranium
      - Fill with V-6 carrier or carrier oil of choice
    - Apply over chest, neck, wrists as desired. Avoid direct sun exposure to the area of skin applied to for at least 2 hours after use.
  - Vanilla Spice Roller:
    - Spicy Perfume
      - 15 drops Ylang Ylang
      - 20 drops Thieves
      - 30 drops Vanilla
      - Fill with V-6 carrier or carrier oil of choice
    - Apply over chest, neck, wrists as desired. Avoid direct sun exposure to the area of skin applied to for at least 2 hours after use.
