How to Make a SmoothieBox Smoothie

It's oh-so-easy!!

Empty the smoothie packet into your blender
Add 8-12 oz of liquid
Add any other add-ins you want. SmoothieBox has protein powder, collagen, and other add-ins available.

We typically use 10 oz of milk (we use raw cow milk; you can use coconut water, nut milk, or liquid of choice), a couple big spoonfuls of Greek yogurt for extra protein, and a big squeeze of honey. For my smoothies, I'll add some chia seeds. Mabel skips the chia seeds.

The Shipping

SmoothieBox ships your smoothies in a box with dry ice. And it's impressive! My shipment was delivered while I was camping. It was on my Texas porch overnight in the 90° heat. Since I was camping, I didn't have access to my notifications to see it had been delivered. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was still frozen the next afternoon when I got home!
