Instructions

  1. Process the peaches, coconut milk, cinnamon, and honey in the food processor.
  2. Heat the mix on low heat until it comes to a slow boil.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in the gelatin 1 tablespoon at a time to avoid clumping.
  5. Stir until dissolved.
  6. Pour into your silicone molds
  7. Put in the fridge until it gels (2+ hours).
  8. Remove from the molds.
