Ahhhh…..one of my FAVORITE things to talk about! Detox. There are sooooo many ways to detox. And it seems like everyday there is some new detox everyone is talking about. And usually, they do not live up to the hype. So what does work?
Detoxes That Work
I do small detoxes every day. And I learned many of my tips & tricks from Kristen at Mix Wellness. It’s not about losing weight (although that’s an added bonus!). It’s about cleaning my system, getting rid of toxins, sleeping better, getting rid of cravings, and having more energy. Like many of you reading this, I eat lots of local, organic, free range, pastured meat, vegetables, and dairy. I make many of my own toiletries and beauty products. I use homeopathic & natural remedies and essential oils. But there are lots of environmental factors and toxins that we can’t avoid. Those pesky toxins can lead to:
