Ingredients
- 1.25 cups blueberry juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup elderberry syrup
- 4 tablespoons gelatin
Instructions
- Process the blueberry juice, ginger, and honey in a food processor.
- Heat on low heat to a slow boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in the elderberry syrup.
- Stir in the gelatin 1 tablespoon at a time.
- Stir to dissolve.
- Pour into your silicone molds
- Put in the fridge until it gels (2+ hours).
- Remove from the molds.
