- Low fat makes you fat. DaNelle outlines good fat versus bad fat & how to read the labels.
- That portion control, not eating after 7pm, & eating 6 small meals a day are all lies. A bunch of lies.
- How to reverse illness and chronic disease. She did it. I did it. My son did it.
- Exercise is not necessary for weight loss. There is not a single exercise plan in the book. “If your focus is to burn calories in the hopes of losing weight, you’re fighting a losing battle,” DaNelle Wolford.
