I love a good detox. My favorite are quick, easy, and gentle detoxes. I’m currently breastfeeding and it’s not advised to do drastic detoxes while nursing or pregnant. But here’s a list that us mamas can do. But don’t worry, you don’t have to be pregnant or nursing to see the effects of these quick and easy detoxes. Effective enough for everyone, gentle enough to do while nursing or pregnant. These can be done simultaneously or choose your favorite.
